Vinylidene chloride (Vinylidene chloride) is produced by liquid phase dehydrochlorination process using vinylidene chloride and chlorine gas as raw materials, and by-products of trichloroethylene, dichloroethane, solvent-based degreasing agent and 20% sodium chloride brine.
